Plastimorph has been specially created to manufacture Teemorph Golf Tees. Each Teemorph packet contains 15 mm buttons of coloured plastimorph. One button is sufficient to make a single small golf tee. Larger tees can be made by moulding together several buttons. A variety of colours are provided and by blending and mixing the primary colours tees can be made in any colour of the spectrum !! |

Tees can be made by simple hand moulding and NO special tools or equipment is required. With just a little practice fantastic high tech tees can be fabricated that will last a lifetime !! |
Physical Properties
Plastimorph has been specially formulated from a range of pigmented thermoplastic powders. At 70 C plastimorph softens and can be easily formed and moulded into any shape. It can then easily be reheated, softened and allowed to harden on multiple occasions without harm. It should be stored in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and kept below 40 C.
The polymer is harmless and non-toxic. It is environmentally friendly and will degrade slowly in soil to natural products. It is durable, shock and tear resistant and practically indestructible under normal playing conditions. Tees will eventually become damaged and can be repaired or redesigned by further application of heat. They are thus theoretically everlasting !!!
